Yoga for all stages of your family's growth
Hi, I'm Adrianna a mother of two girls and a baby boy. I'm the primary Yoga Teacher at Forest City Family Yoga. I've been a Certified Children's Yoga Teacher since 2012. I trained with one of the two first Children's Certified Yoga Teachers in Ontario: Barb Westgate owner and teacher at Children's Garden Yoga & Reiki. What a wonderfully talented and compassionate teacher to have had! I always feel very grateful to have been her student.
Since this time, I have been fortunate to have worked with kids (and parents) with all different types of needs, skills and abilities. I have two University BA's and extensive study with Yoga and trauma. I also have my Holy Fire III Reiki Master / Teacher study and I am skilled working with energy healing.
In Summer of 2019, I completed my 200 hour RYT - Registered Yoga Teacher certification with DevaTree. What an amazing blessing this experience turned out to be. I love teaching Yoga, and I feel the needs of your family can be met by specially catered Yoga classes. You won't find that at any other studio in London!
In my spare time I enjoy: playing with my kids, gardening, learning Astrology, Tarot Card Reading, reading, and creating Mystic Moon Mala Beads Jewelry with my 6 year old daughter.

Calm Your Nervous System
Yoga not only helps improve your body, but also helps with mindfulness and meditation. It is important to take a break from daily life in order to focus on yourself and get clarity. Focusing on your breath during practice is key to staying in tune with your mind and body.
